These easy hors d’oeuvres are all about creamy, spreadable roasted garlic. Never roasted garlic at home? Turns out it’s pretty easy.
Slice about 1/4 inch off the tip of a head of garlic, drizzle it in olive oil, wrap it in foil and bake it at 350* for 45 minutes to an hour. Your house will smell amazing, and when you pull it out of the oven it should look something like this deliciousness.
All I did to turn this aromatic treasure into an afternoon snack was spread it on crackers, add either sundried tomatoes or feta cheese, and top it with arugula microgreens. You could also crack a little black pepper over them.
These went so quickly I think next time I better roast *two* cloves of garlic!
